    This community is a block of the month community. At the beginning of each month, a new block will be posted along with a link to the directions. You have a month to finish it before the next block will be posted. Everyone is welcome to join our virtual quilting circle, and everyone is encouraged to ask questions, post pictures and generally have a good time here!

    Round 1 ran from August 2006 - July 2007. These blocks are all rated by Quilter's Cache as easy.

    Round 2 started in August 2007. Two sets of blocks were posted, one set of easier blocks for beginners and one set of intermediate blocks for those who wanted a bit more of a challenge.

    Round 3 started in October 2008 and was an eight block set created by [info]kits_meow.

    Round 4 is starting in August 2010 and run by [info]leapin_jot. Once again there are two sets of blocks, but rather than different blocks, there are different two finished sizes- 12" and 16".

    Round 5 should be beginning shortly and is going to be a 9-patch challenge.
